Carolina Pool Management - Northside was founded by The Pool Management Group executive leadership team in 2003.

Leadership

Steven Eddings
President and General Manager

Steven has been President and General Manager of the Carolina Pool Management-Northside office since 2005.  Before he held that position he was the president of Carolina Pool Management's Service Division.  Steven's easy going personality has helped him retain many of the same customers since 2005.

He graduated from East Carolina University with a BS degree in Education. While attending college he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He describes his early childhood as being a nomadic military brat.  His father was in the US Marine Corp. for 25 years and he never lived in one house for more than 3 years. He enjoys his time away from work doing scouts with his son as well as standing in a cold stream fly fishing with his two best friends. 

The best part of being in this business for Steven is knowing that what he and his staff do can make a difference in someone else’s life forever. His favorite saying to the guards is “everyone that gets in the pool gets out”.

Ruthie Weiner
Human Resource Director

Ruthie is from Charlotte, NC, and has been a part of The Carolina Pool Management family for the last 7 years, working as a lifeguard, pool attendant and pool manager. She is the proud parent of a growing 2-year old boy named Isaac, who is just starting preschool this fall.  Ruthie has a passion for water and she has shown this all throughout her childhood. She has been team member for both her neighborhood and high school swim teams, as well as dance and track organizations.  Ruthie is going into her fourth year at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) and double majoring in the studies of Accounting, and Business Math.
